Item Description
Pair of 11x14" original release lobby cards for two movies from a 1954 series of films that were each comprised of three episodes of the Adventures Of Superman TV show starring George Reeves. "Superman And The Jungle Devil" card shows Reeves as Superman (sporting a yellow and red costume instead of the more familiar blue and red) fending off spear thrust of jungle native. Card shows little to no wear w/just minor corner bump at upper right. Exc. "Superman In Scotland Yard" shows Reeves as Clark Kent, Jack Larson as Jimmy Olsen and Noel Neill as Lois Lane. Card shows handling wear w/large creases at upper left and lower right corners as well as .25" tear at top margin, just left of center. Fine overall. These lobby cards are very hard to come by and rarely come up for sale. Danny Fuchs Collection.
