Item Description
3.5x5.5". This postcard series was produced by a Canton, Ohio knife company and closely resembles the 1910 PC796 sepia postcards series except that these display ornate borders surrounding the player portrait or action pose. This issue was originally catalogued as a 1907-09 series but recent research has uncovered a correct release date of 1910. Back is unused, front image is bold and sharp. Crawford was a two-time home run leader, a three-time RBI leader and holds the all-time record for career triples in MLB. Inducted into the National Baseball Hall Of Fame in 1957. At the time of cataloging, PSA Pop Report indicates a total of only six of these cards ever graded by PSA.
