Item Description
First is 2.5x8.5" ribbon. Center crease. Faint crease 2" up from bottom. Numerous tiny dark dots, but only show against purple fabric in reflected light. Displays Exc. in most lighting. Comes with 6x9" four-page folder. Two of a very few items promoting him as V.P. at the 1956 convention. N. Mint. Scarce.
