Item Description
12.5" long tin litho w/hard rubber wheels and built-in key. Marx, c. 1960s. Popular and obscure heroes and villains are shown w/names above, including - Captain America, Red Skull, Spider-Man, Green Goblin, Iron Man, Gladiator, Daredevil, The Owl (listed incorrectly as Matthew Murdock), Thor, Hawkeye, Submariner, The Human-Torch, The Thing, The Hulk and Number One (a very obscure Incredible Hulk villain). Train shows scattered wear w/tiny scratches/nicks and some indents/bends to sides of cars. Current winding mechanism no longer winds, but comes w/working replacement. Fine overall for display. Rare and one of the most coveted 1960s Marvel items.
