4.75x7.25" on stock. Text below portrait reads "To the Republicans of Pennsylvania: Are you fit to rule yourselves; or do you want Special Privilege to rule you--and make you pay for being ruled?" Text at bottom reads "Beware of Fake Roosevelt Delegates." Card produced during the GOP primaries, urging Republican voters to support TR on April 13, 1912. Names "Charles Johnston" and "W. L. Mertz" pasted over in the "Alternate" category. Moderate edge wear and light handling. VF. Wayne Otchis Collection.
