Item Description
2.25x3.75" thin art board has original inked artwork by Jack Davis (1924-2016) who was an American cartoonist and illustrator, known for his advertising art, magazine covers, film posters, record album art, and numerous comic book stories. Art is from The Topps Vault and was used for the 1963 Valentines Foldees line. This art is "A Male Model". Clever designed foldees have flap sections that when pulled over main image, change out legs or torsos to create funny combinations. Art has loose text stat that was pasted over hand lettered title. Upper text stat is missing. Art was used for card #46 in the 1970s Topps release. Lt. aging/wear. Tan glue stains on back from mounting. A few dots of white out. VF. Comes with The Topps Vault COA.
