Item Description
7.5" tall with brass badge bar and pin at top and brass metallic fringe below. Spring Garden is one of the townships in York County, Pa. Left side of ribbon has a 1" curved line of tan age and there is partial, small, separation at left between the bottom of the ribbon and the sewn on band of metallic tassels. All tassels present but one a tad stretched. Fine and Rare. A quite youthful image of WJB.
