Item Description
CAS graded and encapsulated membership kit that was obtained by mail order via Playmates Toys offer in carded Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures. Kit consists of envelope w/typed recipient address label, welcome letter, numbered "Charter Member" membership certificate and member ship card (both w/matching "46369" membership number); card having attached order card for additional printed bandana (Raphael red; bandanas were issued in each Turtle's respective color), large "Mutant Power" sticker and "Street Collectors Edition" #1 mini-comic. Membership certificate and card both remain unused w/line provided for recipient's name left blank. AFA case has .5" corner crack on back at lower right, sold as is. Comes w/CAS Statement of Archival.
