Item Description
1.25" superbly designed and beautifully colored depiction of Miss Liberty with her red and white striped gown forming the bkg. for the large oval portraits. Her head is beautifully accented by yellow moon flanked by a pair of white stars. Reverse has Ehrman. On Taft, Hake #8, photos face inward. On this, photos face outward. Faint age mark on yellow circle. Light stain on outer edges of white ovals. Light stain on stripes of dress, mostly on lower one-third. Reverse has 1" hairline where cello didn't fold smoothly under collet but lays tight along the collet. While stain shows, still high gloss and intense color. Our last, unstained, three years ago exceeded $1,500.
