7x9-5/8" w/72 pages. 1937. Each page has illustrations coinciding w/text of story. Many of the bw images are accented in orange. First two illustrations have partial crayon coloration. The remainder are untouched. Story features Popeye, Swee'pea, Sea Hag, Goon. Whitman Publishing Co., softbound. Cover shows lt. handling creases, 1.5" spine split at bottom. Spine and binding remain strong. VF. Rare.
