6.75" tall all celluloid detailed figure. Body moves up and down about .5" at waist as he vibrates around on his feet w/both arms swinging freely and head moving from side to side. Marked on bottom in white "Japan." 1930s. Nice accents to face, shirt, tie. Hand holds original celluloid cane. Striped pants have four .25" dots of original blue paint on right side to cover metal flaps where windup mechanism is attached. Color remains bright. No dents or creases in celluloid as is often the case. Works well. Comes w/replacement key. Exc.
