Item Description
5.5" tall all celluloid detailed figure. Head designed to move up and down about .5" on his neck as he vibrates around on his feet w/both arms swinging freely. The action on this one only works when operator turns key backwards while holding. Very likely Japanese made. 1930s. Nice accents to face. Inked tattos of ship anchors on arms. Celluloid has little ripple on bottom of shirt as formed. Colors have dulled just the slightest over some 70 years but remains extremely clean. Surface dust on white hat. Overall VF and scarce. Comes w/original key.
