First is 8x8" folded paper sheet opens to 16x16" to bw photo of Duncan Renaldo as Cisco holding pistol w/loaf of bread at right that has Cisco Kid label on end. Opened sheet has 16 picture blocks for adventure "Boulders And Bullets" story. Back cover has nutrition information for mother and instructions at bottom for cutting and pasting bread labels. Early 1950s. Also included are eight bread labels. Two have been cut out to star shapes as instructed in booklet. Six remaining are 2.75x2.75". Two cut-outs are #3, 4. Uncut are #1, 2, 7-9, 14. Labels show wear, booklet is Exc.
