The stick figure of TR and Rough Rider's hat replies in two panels: "I Haven't Begun To Fight Yet Asa, But As My History Has Been Brought Up To Date I Shall Disappear From My Usual Place In The Globe--And You Have Been Elected To Fill The Space I Leave Vacant."
