Words and music written, composed and adapted by S.G. Pratt, whose photo and facsimile signature appear on inside page. Preface mentions Brownie creator Palmer Cox. Book is illustrated with 16 interior Brownie illustrations rendered in Cox's style. Front cover of book features Brownie painting sheet music. Pages are loose but intact. Spine has moderate wear and cover has some scattered light soiling. Fine. Pages are VF. Scarce.
