1.25" dated "May 3, 1941" showing a pair of hobos with their belongings tied to a stick carried over the shoulder walking through a large letter "V." The significance of the date and design are unknown to us but the draft had started in 1940 and Churchill was using the two-finger victory symbol by this date. First we've seen.
