Contract is addressed and sent to Tim Spencer who was leader of The Sons of the Pioneers cowboy singing group founded by Roy Rogers. Contract was signed by members Tim Spencer, Lloyd Perryman, Pat Brady, Hugh Farr, Karl Farr and Tim Spencer signed for band member Bob Nolan with "By Tim Spencer Power Of Attorney" add-on. Contract has been stapled in upper left-hand corner and has two typical hole punches at top margins. Contract has been folded horizontally twice for mailing. As can be expected of paper of this fragile nature, corner edges have some moderate wear and cover sheet has some staining. Fine. Signature areas are Exc.
