Item Description
6.75x9.25x1" deep box contains complete set of 7 wood/rubber ink stamps issued by Stamperkraft. c. 1930s. Company issued several different boxed sets, this being "Astral Heroes" No. 4070.The lid of this set shows Wilma Deering with her brother Buddy Deering. Box has corner tip wear and light aging but box corners remain tight. Insert and underside of lid have numerous ink stamp marks. Box displays VF. Included thin tablet has many pages with colored stampings and is missing cover. Stamps have heavy wear from use and are VG/Fine. Scarce set.
