Published by Fawcett in conjunction with 1950 feature film starring Jack Carson as the Good Humor Man who also happens to be a member of the local Captain Marvel Club. Cover of comic features illustration of Captain Marvel holding large ice cream bar and photo image of Carson in Good Humor Man uniform surrounded by youth in Captain Marvel shirts, beanies and rare premium capes. Carson himself also wears one of these capes. Inside back cover is bw ad for movie. Covers have aging to margins with a few small tears and pinch creases to spine. Fine with VF/Exc. pages.
