From a 1948 series of 10 different watches and those characters are featured on the box lid in a birthday scene. Watch has 1.25x1.5" metal case, straps are vinyl-covered leather. Two different Pluto birthday watches were produced, this is variety with "Luminous" dial which still glows brightly. Dial has Pluto portrait and his ears point at the numerals. This deluxe set comes with a 4" long metal/plastic pen with Mickey wrap-around decal. Pen VF. Watch straps have light wear but are VF. Watch is running and Exc. The same box was used for all 10 watches with just an ink stamp name on one side panel to designate that specific character. This box is marked "Daisy Duck" rather than Pluto. Trace of edge wear with some color rubs but box remains tight and Fine.
