8" tall tin litho by Ohio Art ©1938. Great wrap-around scene of them playing hide-and-go-seek. Scattered traces of wear to interior including some long scratches. On the exterior, on back around the Grumpy image there are about a dozen tiny oxidation dots. Rest shows only light wear with some small scattered paint nicks and scratches but remains exceptionally bright and glossy with choice color. Despite these small defects, outside still displays VF.
