Item Description
15.5" tall w/composition head, hands, boots and stuffed body. Wears cloth mask, scarf, shirt, pants. Cuffs, belt, holsters are made of black oilcloth type of material. Attached to one holster is 3" dia. original paper tag. One side shows image of Lone Ranger on Silver w/round image of Tonto. Text reads "Lone Ranger Official Doll/© 1938 T.L.R. Inc." Back reads "Dollcraft Novelty Co., N.Y./Licensed By The Lone Ranger Inc. Reg. U.S. Pat. Off." St. diagonal crease. 1x1.5" brass star-shaped badge pinned to scarf reads "Bond Bread Lone Ranger Safety Club © TLR Inc. 1938." Lt. luster loss. Comes w/2.25" cast iron one-piece gun, not designed to function. 6" dia. by 2.5" tall fabric hat w/.5" wide hatband reading "The Lone Ranger" in rope style script. Hat shows handling creases. Lt. paint loss to back of head. Nice detail on eyes and mouth. One holster has 1/8" tear where gun was held o/w overall VF. Rare.
