Item Description
This is one of three different sizes produced (see item #1726 in this auction for pertinent information). This house has assembled size of 13x22x18.5" tall and is the middle of the 3 sizes. Our photo shows both of the houses we have in this auction to give you an idea of the size difference. The one we are offering in this lot is the larger house on the right. This is the complete house only, this item does not have an illustrated envelope as does item #1726. Design is identical except this larger version has a separate dormer and roof that attaches over the front door and bears the name "Mickey Mouse." This was only included with the two larger sized houses, not part of the smallest size. House is complete and even comes with separate original instruction card. Shows very little wear, roof has some small wear along fold lines. Overall Exc. This house originally came with generic pins used for added support although these are no longer present. Scarce. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch & Ted Hake.
