Auction 192 - Part II
Item numbers 1053 though 2638 in auction 192
Item Description
6" long by 8" tall toy with built-in key. Plastic with tin litho front and back wheels. Marx. 1950s. Great design with striking large carrot as radiator ornament and a die-cut chick and duckling on either side of hood. Toy works and travels around in erratic fashion as rabbit's head spins, ears go back and forth and every so often car rears up. Toy has just a few tiny scratches on the rear wheels. All plastic parts appear Mint. Neat toy, much scarcer than others of this type produced during the 1950s such as the Milton Berle Car due to the fact it was only sold over a few Easter seasons and the fragile plastic parts were often broken.
