Item Description
6" tall toy with built-in key has hard plastic body and arms with painted features and painted tin legs. This version came with separate necklace which is not present. Painted features of shorts and head have some wear around eyebrows and fins with shorts having about .25" square of paint missing from both sides. Painted legs have moderate paint nicks. Toy works and when wound walks and arms move up and down. Fine.
