1-5/8" litho. Curl has copyright of "Keeshan Miller Entpr's CBS-TV Made In USA." Reverse has large blue lettering "American Character Doll Corp. Brooklyn, New York." Couple of subtle scratches, dot of blue off upper hat edge. Still VF and only our second.
