Issued in 1953. 11x16" mailing envelope includes image of Mickey holding a birthday cake. Has King Features address. Moderate scattered wear from handling with some fold lines/dust soiling. Fine. Envelope contains nicely designed die-cut card stock folder 11x14". The front of this features Mickey atop a birthday cake. Die-cut pages open to reveal detailed information on the creation and history of Mickey including example images from different Disney cartoons as well as Mickey's appearance in daily and Sunday comics. Two-page center spread also details an advertising campaign for Mickey's 25th involving Weather Bird Shoes, National Biscuit Company, Dell Comics, etc. Ads/products are shown. Back cover has storage pocket that contains 2 example sheets of daily strips plus one of a full color Sunday. Light cover wear as originally folded but overall VF/Exc.
