Item Description
4.5x7" felt pennant c. 1932 shows foaming beer mug and offers tax revenue in return for legal beer. Unusual small format. One felt point at right is somewhat blunt, but perhaps as originally cut. Seam on left holds thin wood dowel likely not original and once longer but now 6.5". Fabric has bit of gray tone, but text and art are very clean. Rare design.
