Button is essentially Mint. 2.25x4" card has very slight moisture mark and ripple but quite minor. Card is unused and first we've seen. Reverse final paragraph reads "Since President Eisenhower Was Inaugurated, More Advances Have Been Made In Civil Rights For The Negro Than During The Administration Of Any President Since Abraham Lincoln."
