Item Description
Very heavy brass frame with bar pin holds hand-inked card. "Dr. Mary Wolfe Penn. W.S. Assn." Tiny luster dot gone - but 99% mint luster. Reverse bar holds 4.75" ribbon with large W&H maker's label on back. Gold text "National Suffrage Convention/Delegate/Washington 1915." Has light stain around "National," bit darker 1" dia. spot on and before "Suffrage Convention" at left, and 5 scattered dark spots from .25" down to 1/8". Only example known to us. Rare.
