This is a totally different Macy's Superman letter from the one we offered in Auction #173. Text notes "At that time, you were a semi-finalist, you were promised that November would be bringing you something swell from Macy's." Additional text reads "Well here it is! Two complimentary passes to the Superman Adventure which opens November 16 only at Macy's Herald Square In New York City." Notes that each performance was "chock full of thrills and chills" and also mentions Macy's Toyland and appearance by Santa Claus. Has Superman facsimile signature and "S" symbol at bottom center, top right has full figure image of Superman. Bottom margin also has a list of sponsors "Superman Inc./Journal American/WOR Radio 710/Leader Novelty." Slightest aging as originally folded. Still Exc. Rare.
