1.75" reads in full "Pantages/Gene Tunney/One Week Only/Commencing Saturday, Jan. 15, 1927." Tunney was heavyweight boxing champion at the time having defeated Dempsey in 1926 and 9 months later he successfully defended title in famous "Battle Of The Long Count" Sept. 1927. Pinpoints of silvering off mirror but 97% intact. Cello is Exc. and displays Mint. First we've offered in years.
