Comes with 2.5x4" stiff card dated 1940 with inked member's name and stamped issuer's name "Holy Angels School." Reverse has 6 point good behavior pledge that includes not skipping school to attend games and being a gentleman when attending Brown's games. Card is N. Mint. First we've seen.
