Item Description
22.25x28-3/8" frame w/14.5x20.5" matted piece of art done in colored marker/watercolor. Done by Sheldon Moldoff (Batman creator Bob Kane's first assistant). This framed piece features the same three panels as print #2912 arranged in a collage-like format w/large image of Batman looming over comic panels. As the images in #2912 were drawn originally by Bob Kane, this item has images reinterpreted by Moldoff. Piece is signed twice by Moldoff, once in typical "artist block" and again at bottom w/note "*I Was Bob Kane's First Assistant, Worked With Him And Bill Finger When Batman First Appeared--Sheldon Moldoff." Large and colorful art. Mint.
