Lot of two. First is 11x13.5" hardbound book. 304 pages. Each page has a single photo with extensive text explaining the significance of the view. Every aspect of the Fair is offered here. Includes exhibit halls, state building, government buildings, the cascades from most every and any angle, along with shots of native Americans and various foreigners. Cover retains 95% of its original gold luster text reading "The World's Fair 1904 Official Photographic Views Of The Universal Exposition St. Louis/Art Edition." Light wear to inside cover binding, o/w cover is VF. Interesting, well-done contents are Exc. Comes with 5" tall pressed milk glass showing various scenes from the "Louisiana Purchase Exposition." Includes St. Louis Union Station, Palace Of Machinery, Cascade Gardents, Louisiana Purchase Monument. A few, tiny inside rim chips. Fine.
