Item Description
3.5x4x2" tall. Light gray painted tin top hat design with sides turned up (Uncle Sam style?). Moderate paint flaking. 1.5" paper hat band shows soldier/sailor with text "Glorious Victory 1918" on one side. Image and "Liberty Bell" on other side. Also seen is shield-shaped design reading "Pat. Mar. 20. 1917/U.S. Patent Pending." Stars and stripes fill out remainder of band. Hat VG. Label Fine.
