Item numbers 800 though 2307 in auction 193
Item Description
1-5/8" litho, maker "Olympic Button & Emblem Co. N.Y. 3 N.Y." on curl. Button shows him in trademark checkered suit with hat beneath his famous slogan "And Awa-a-ay We Go!!!". Probably the first button (of very few designs) produced for one of TV's earliest and most famous comedians whose iconic Honeymooners series still remains widely popular today. Tiny 3/16" scratch near center and a few dots of paint off lower right side edge. Still exceptionally clean for a litho. VF/Exc. Scarce.
