Item Description
1.5x2" nicely illustrated cover that includes a silhouette image of Shadow on front along w/skull while back depicts a skeleton holding a bloody knife. Back reads "The Shadow Radio's Thrilling Mystery Drama Brought To You By Your Blue Coal Dealer." Below this is a dealer imprint. Cover opens to reveal 12 of the specially designed matches marked "Listen To The Shadow Every Sunday Mutual Network." Only three matches have been removed. Attached on inside top flap is a diecut cardboard piece depicting Shadow and behind this are two men in bars w/text "Crime Does Not Pay." 1940s. Exc. Colorful design.
