Item Description
Drum is 4" tall by 9" in dia. Drum heads show wear to the cream paint and one side has large 2.5x5" area with a name lettered in pencil. While the drum heads and the raised edges around them show some wear and slight denting, the outer circumference of the drum where the beautiful color scenes are located, remains in extremely bright and clean condition. In one scene, Mickey as drum major leads Minnie, Horace and Clarabelle in a parade. In another, Minnie plays the piano as Mickey plays a combination of tuba and many other instruments. In another, Mickey, Horace and Clarabelle portray the Revolutionary War Spirit of 1776 musicians and in the fourth scene Minnie walks with umbrella as Mickey plays tuba and Pluto raises an ear to hear the music. Overall Fine but the art area is more like Exc. From the Deak Stagemyer Collection.
