17" dia. c. 1930s. High relief images and text 3/8x.5" rim chip. .25x.25" chip on opposite side, o/w gold luster paint with black accent makes for a striking design to this large sized plaque. VF. The earlier cast iron version of this sign has sold for over $10,000.
