Nice cover art with text on back "Ovaltine's Super Hero Of the Seventies." Contents are b/w featuring Midnight and his "Action Team For Sports, Fitness & Nutrition." Midnight is pictured throughout giving instructions for different sports, exercises, nutritional facts, etc. Great art throughout.
