Item Description
16x24" glossy paper window sign with unused adhesive strips at each corner. From 1950 and promotes the first Disney television show titled "One Hour In Wonderland" broadcast on NBC Christmas Day of 1950. The show was sponsored by Coke and served as a promo for the upcoming Alice In Wonderland film. Center text includes "Starring Famous Disney Characters And Guest Starring Edgar Bergen With Charlie McCarthy." Great border design featuring specialty art of many Disney characters along with Christmas theme images. This includes characters from Alice, Song of the South, Snow White, as well as Mickey, Donald, Goofy and Pluto. While unused, sign does show wear including numerous scattered creases and fold lines. Lower right has 1" tear with 3" area of faint moisture staining. Additional margin wear includes small tears. However, sign remains bright and glossy with vibrant color and would display quite nicely if matted and framed. VG. Rare.
