8.5x11" c. early 1930s on letterhead with Mickey Mouse image at top center along with address of 2719 Hyperion Hollywood. Letter is in regards to a person's request for "A Possible Affiliation With Walt Disney Productions Limited." Letter notes a personal interview could not be granted without "First Ascertaining Your Full Qualifications." Recipient was to fill out the enclosed questionnaire and application (no longer here) and return these with sample of their work. Signed in ink by Studio employee "George H. Drake." Lightly aged with original fold lines. VF. Interesting Studio-related item.
