Item Description
9x12" with 48 pages issued in 1932 with very limited print run of around 15,000. This is considered the first merchandise catalogue. Front cover title reads "Exhibitors Complete Campaign From Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse And Silly Symphonies." All contents are bw with great illustrations and photos throughout including specialty art and merchandise ads. Ads include Mickey Pops, Borgfeldt page featuring sparkler and Steiff items, jewelry by Cohn & Rosenberger, china by Schumann, McKay books, Hall Bros. cards. Theater premium/giveaway items include flip book, birthday card, ink blotter, door knob hanger, etc. Mickey Mouse Theater Club items shown include button, banners, cap, vest with emblem, pennant, fez. Additional pages feature newspaper ads, movie stills, lobby cards, posters, daily and Sunday strips, etc. Detailed text throughout. Comes with special single song sheet insert for "What! No Mickey Mouse!" This is Exc. While the catalogue is an overall clean copy, it unfortunately has 7 pages with clips ranging from 2x2" corner piece to larger 3.5x4.5" piece. Some clips are insignificant while others remove more prominent content but please contact us if specific details are desired. Otherwise, contents are exceptionally clean and VF/Exc. Light cover wear with some pinch creases mostly along spine, trace of dust soiling. Cover is Fine. We have only offered this rare item one other time and that complete, uncut copy sold for $3,450.
