Item Description
4.5x4.5x6" tall box. Box shows bw photo images of cityscape as well as portrait images of Lois Lane, Clark Kent and Superman. Box has some light traces of wear to corners and edges. N. Mint. Contains 5.75" tall plastic display case designed to look like globe atop "Daily Planet" building in Metropolis. Globe lid opens to reveal 1.25" brushed chrome and brass cased dial depicting Superman symbol as well as portraits of Lois Lane, Clark Kent and Superman. 14,610 of a limited edition run of 15,000. Part of a 3-watch series, this was released in Sept., 1993. Last auction, #192, we offered "Death Of Superman" and "Reign Of The Supermen" Fossil watches, the other 2 in this series. Also comes with 1.25" wide "Daily Planet" lapel pin. Comes with booklet with information about story line and the watches. Contents are Mint.
