Item Description
DC Direct illustrated box contains 12" tall statue when assembled. Three-piece statue has separate pieces for Superman and Supergirl as well as crashed rocket base. Fully-painted, cold-cast porcelain statue was sculpted by Tim Bruckner and issued by DC Direct in 2001. #1,865 of 2,000 limited edition production run. Based on classic Curt Swan and Stan Kaye comic book cover from Action Comics #252 which presented the first appearance of Supergirl. Rocket base has minute hairline cracks to paint on open rocket door but is completely intact. This statue often suffers from this door being broken. Statue remains N. Mint/Mint as packaged. Box has heavy corner tip wear at one corner, o/w Exc. Comes with DC Direct COA.
