Feb. issue features classic bondage cover and Apr., 1941 issue is scarcest of the 1940s featuring redhead and 2 men vs. Nazi soldiers. Each pulp deals with aspects of detective and adventure hero featuring masked "Phantom Detective" on many covers. Usual cover overlap has been trimmed as these pulps are bound in hardcover volumes. Some light traces of wear to margins, overall Fine.
