Item Description
5-3/8x9.5" glassine envelope contains fold-out cardboard "Launching Cradle, Spaceship Balloon, Jet-Propelled Rocket Balloon." Made by the Oak Rubber Co. ©Rockhill Productions. c. 1950s. Spaceship uses power of air leaving balloon to achieve flight. "Spaceship Balloon" has Tom Corbett illustrations. Bag has 1.25" tear at upper left-hand corner with some light handling wear. Fine. Envelope remains sealed as issued with unused contents. Rare item and even rarer found still sealed.
