We are offering 3 lots, each containing a pair of original artwork for Bat Masterson Colorforms puzzles produced in Dec., 1959 - Jan. 1960 by Rik Shaw Associates of New York. Each boxed puzzle set contained 2 different puzzles. This lot includes artwork to puzzles 1 and 2 "Take It Easy, Mr.!" and "Bat And His Horse Shadow." Art measures approximately 17x20.5" and includes original unused press sheet of the box cover art. Also included are related artwork and proofs for the production of the puzzles and related material including drawing for die-cut for the puzzle pieces of puzzle No. 2, artwork for the Bat Masterson puzzles showing boxed set No. 1 with color photograph transparency for art and final unused ad proof. Also included is paste-up for ad including Bat Masterson set and Three Stooges puzzle set, bw photo of Bat Masterson puzzle set No. 1, typographic sheets for the Bat Masterson box art and miscellaneous paste-up type for Three Stooges puzzle.
