Art is by famed Marvel artist Dick Ayers in 1984. Ayers is considered among the greatest Marvel comic book artists. His work as an inker is noted on cover of "Fantasic Four" #1, "Avengers" #1 with noted art for Sgt. Fury comic books as well as "The Ghost Rider" comic books. Art features The Ghost Rider, guns drawn on his rearing horse confronting western grave robbers who flee in terror, one word bubble reads "Yiieee! The Ghost Rider!" Ayers has signed and dated "84" in lower left-hand corner. "The Comic Book Price Guide" title appears at top. Though commissioned to be used as Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide cover, piece was never used and was later used for "Gold & Silver - Overstreet's Comic Book Quarterly" magazine #6, Oct.-Dec., 1994.
